Massif privacy policy describes how Massif collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information.

In short: The personal information we collect is the information that you provide to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Platform, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

We collect your personal information for the purpose of providing our Services to both our Users and our Partners. For instance, we collect your personal information when you create an account on our Platform and when you communicate with us. Additionally, we may have to collect billing information in order to receive compensation for provided Services.     Massif does not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disseminate personal data that you provide to us to any third parties. Massif will not do so in future, unless required by law, unless required for the purpose of the contract or unless you have given explicit consent to do so.

    For instance, when you use our Services, it may be necessary to pass on certain information to our Partners. This will only be done with your consent.

    We use cookies on our website to improve your browsing experience. The cookies are used for the following purposes:

For example, Massif has access controls to systems which store data about you. These measures are implemented to secure personal data against accidental destruction or alteration and against unauthorized access, duplication, use or disclosure.

    No, we do not actively collect information from minors.

    Massif would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every User and Partner is entitled to the following:

    The right to access – You have the right to request for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
    The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
    The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
    The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
    The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
    The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
